Investment & Guarantee
Our standard fee is calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate’s total first-year compensation, including base salary, guaranteed bonuses, and benefits. Optional add-ons such as relocation assistance or psychometric profiling can be scoped and priced separately.
We offer a 12-month replacement guarantee: if the placed executive leaves or is terminated within the first year, we will reinitiate the search at no additional fee.
